Strategy: What kind of party is your brand’s community?
The LiveWorld strategic team works with brands and their agencies to develop a social brief used to direct the deployment of social venues (Facebook page, Twitter, brand community sites, etc.) and inform the rest of the marketing mix. The focus is specifically on creating a cultural model that reflects the brand’s values and goals, and which can be deployed as the conversational and emotional relationship dynamic among consumers on the social venue. We define a Community Architecture as consisting of a Socialized View of the Brand, Community Culture, Brand Participation and Marketing Integration. The result is a higher level of consumer engagement, loyalty, and word of mouth.
The program is available in two formats:
- Socialized Brand & Community Architecture Workshop: One- or two-day on-site workshop engaging 5-20 people from the client and its other agencies. The workshop is lead by a LiveWorld executive level strategist, and includes advance work (initial discovery review, pre-interviews), the workshop itself, a follow up extended LiveWorld team creative brainstorm, and follow-up Social Brief report.
- Socialized Brand & Community Architecture Review: Simpler (less time, lower budget) program, engaging 1-3 of the client’s personnel, and lead by a LiveWorld Senior Community Programming Manager. Includes discovery, on-site meetings with the client team, and development of the Social Brief.
